Maldives

Travel to the Maldives, the lowest country in the world.

The Maldives consists of about 1,200 islands, many of which are uninhabited, the Maldives belonging to only one hotel, and some of which are sparsely populated, and others are submerged.

The Maldives is the smallest country in Asia and has the lowest altitude in the world (maximum 2 meters)

The country is in the middle of the Indian Ocean, so it has very clear and crystalline water and millions of tourists travel to the Maldives every year for diving, snorkeling, and relaxation.

More than 1,000 species of fish and marine life have been recorded in the Maldives, and this is one of the places where you can easily meet Shark.

A trip to the Maldives to see dolphins will also be exciting. Diving is indeed exhilarating and exciting, but in my opinion, snorkeling (wearing glasses that have a way of breathing next to them and you can look underwater for hours) is the most exciting hobby in the Maldives.

On a trip to the Maldives, we were on an island for a week that could be reached in 10 minutes, which means that the island belonged to a hotel and its size eventually got one square kilometer.

I can say that after four more days, we were bored because we had done all the fun on the island and participated in all the tours around it, there was nothing to do until we got acquainted with snorkeling.

We spent most of our day snorkeling because the underwater world was so beautiful, and we saw fish next to our feet that we could not even dream of them.

Be careful when choosing a hotel and read other people's reviews so that you can make a good choice.

I suggest you stay in rooms on the Water BaLgou, which is usually a Glass floor. you can see the underwater world and goes into the water. Some have a private pool next to it, which is more expensive.

Many hotels do not have swimming pools, and some other hotels may hear loud noises and several other problems that you should pay attention to.

If you want to go on tour, everything is ready, but if you want to go yourself, pay attention to a few points:

Usually, the hotel you take has a transfer, and they take you by boat from the airport to the island of your hotel (be sure to check this), but if your hotel does not have this service, you can arrange it at the airport.

You are usually on an island all the time, so I suggest you check the price of hotel food or book a hotel that has breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Many hotels there do not have Wi-Fi, so be sure to buy a SIM card when you arrive at Male Airport (the capital of the Maldives with a population of 400,000), which also has internet access.

Change as much money as you need at the airport.

Many islands are maybe 1 hour away from the Male, so do not count too much on the hospital and doctor and take the medicines you need, I even suggest that your blood pressure and blood sugar monitor be always with you.
